Where can I visit Bunny this year?
In partnership with hundreds of local malls and other venues, we provide holiday experiences at more than 400 locations across North America. Find Bunny at a location near you by visiting

Who can visit Bunny?
Everyone can create Bunny Magic with a photo experience! All venues are ADA/AODA compliant. Your pets can even come during Pet Parties at participating locations! We have no limit on the number of guests who can appear in each photo. As long as you can fit in the frame, we’ll take your photo!

Do you have sensory-friendly photo experiences?
Yes! Our Bunny Cares events provide sensory-friendly photo experiences at participating locations, created in partnership with Autism Speaks. Find an event near you here.

 How does the Bunny Magic photo experience work?

  1. Arrive at the selected venue at your reservation time or as a walk-up guest to meet Bunny.
  2. Create Bunny Magic! 
  3. Finalize your transaction with a cashier to receive your printed photos, even if you purchased your package in advance online.

 What are the benefits to making a reservation?

  1. Get two free gifts, valued at $25! Each guest receives a complimentary issue of Highlights Magazine and free access to MyPhoto.
  2. Lock in the date and time of your choice
  3. Reservations make checkout even easier after your Bunny visit.

How do I make a reservation?
Visit to capture Bunny Magic photo experiences at a location near you during available dates and times. Reservations are strongly encouraged but not required. 

Can I reschedule or cancel my reservation?
Reservations can be rescheduled for the same location up to 24 hours prior to the originally reserved date/time.  You can reschedule your reservation by clicking on “Modify Reservation” in your confirmation email or text message, or you can manage your reservation by creating an account & logging in at  

We are unable to cancel reservations once they have been scheduled. You can reschedule your reservation for another date/time that meets your needs. Refunds are not provided for reservations including the package selected as all sales are final.  

What photo packages are available?
Photo packages include one pose.

Package A – Best Value!
Access to all digital downloads and (7) print photos including (2) 6" x 8" prints, (2) 4" x 6" prints, (1) 3" x 5" print, (2) 2" x 3" wallet size prints, and (1) limited edition postcard.

Package B
Access to all digital and (5) print photos including (2) 4" x 6" prints, (1) 3" x 5" print, and (2) 2" x 3" wallet size prints.

 Package C
(5) print photos including (2) 4" x 6" prints, (1) 3" x 5" print, and (2) 2" x 3" wallet size prints.

 When you reserve your photo experience at, you’ll get two free gifts, valued at $25!

How do I download my digital photos and when are they available?
If you purchased digital photos, they will be available 24 hours after your visit at Visit directly, then enter your email address and the code located on your 3x5 print. You can access your photos any time before May 31, 2023.

What are ways we can give back this season?
We encourage all guests to share in the magic of giving with us by donating to our partners Autism Speaks, The Humane Society of the United States, and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Learn about how you can give back at

For issues processing payment in your browser, try the following:

  • Make sure that all customer details are complete, including the postal code associated with the credit card

What is My Photo?
My Photo is a wonderful way for you to create a customizable, virtual experience that captures The Holiday Magic to share with anyone – anywhere, any time! Simply upload your personal images from any device and instantly appear in festive backgrounds. My Photo offers endless photo uploads and downloads to #ShareTheMagic with your family and friends!

How long do I have access My Photo images available on
My Photo access expires April 31, 2023. Please download all images before account access ends. 

What gifts do I receive for booking online?
Each guest who makes a reservation at receives two free gifts, valued at $25! 

Highlights Magazine: Each reservation receives one issue of Highlights, a popular children's magazine full of fun games, puzzles, activities, and articles to foster a love of learning. After making your reservation, you will receive a link via email and SMS where you can claim your magazine by providing your recipient's name and mailing address.

MyPhoto: Each reservation receives complimentary access to MyPhoto, a fun, easy-to-use virtual photo tool that transforms your favorite photos into festive images using any device. After making your reservation, you will receive a link via email with a unique code that can be used to redeem your free access.
